When we started researching retipalm derma cosmetic® products more than 25 years ago, we had a very clear vision of what effective skin care should be like. Positioned close to a medical approach, all our products have a clear objective: healthy skin. This understanding is based on three principles that characterize our policy to this day:

Our medium-sized family business is based on the following guiding principles:

We actively work for healthy skin. Therefore, we only develop products that nourish the skin with the nutrients it needs for its various tasks.

We use only ingredients with proven medical and scientific effects in our products. “Trendy” ingredients are not part of the retipalm derma cosmetic® recipe.
3.
For optimal tolerance of our products, we do not use synthetic fragrances, parabens (preservatives), animal extracts, dyes or paraffins (mineral oils).
4.
We do not use animal extracts and do not test any of our products on animals.
5.
For us, sustainability means that we view nature as our children’s inheritance and, therefore, use resources responsibly and carefully.
6.
The MADE IN GERMANY label is our active contribution to maintaining prosperity and employment in our country of origin.

In cosmetics, trends come and go, but in our research we found one constant: the skin needs vitamins in an adequate dose to properly perform its numerous repair and protection systems, especially vitamin A.
Healthy eating habits are not enough, because vitamins take about a week to reach the cells, and on their “way” other cells feed on them.
Direct absorption of vitamin A through the skin is much faster and more efficient. Therefore, all products in the Performance Range contain high concentrations – close to those used in medicine – of vitamins A, C, E and beta-carotene.
Even our company name comes from a highly effective form of vitamin A: retinyl palmitate.
