How do I buy?

To order one or more products directly from the site, you must select the ADD TO CART button assigned to each product. You have the option to view your Shopping Cart at any time with the products you have added or to continue shopping. You also have the option to remove one or more products from the cart at any time. If applicable, at this step you have the option to enter a discount code.

If you are a new customer (individual or legal entity), we recommend creating a user account first by filling out the registration form. After this process, you can complete your order.

If you have forgotten your account password, you have the option to resend your password to the email address you registered with.

If you wish to provide us with additional information, you can use the Additional Information section. Select your preferred payment method.

After completing all the steps to finalize the order, please read and then check the box indicating that you agree with the Terms and Conditions practiced by www.retipalm-shop.ro. Selecting this option is mandatory and necessary in order to complete the order.

The final step is to select Place Order. From there, we will gladly take over your order.

 

Send an email through our CONTACT page with the following information:

– The desired products and the quantity of each.

– Billing details (including representative, if invoicing is done for a company).

– Complete delivery details and the chosen delivery method.

– A valid phone number where we can contact you for confirmation.
