According to Law no. 677/2001 and European Directive (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, the COMPANY has the obligation to manage safely and only for the specified purposes the personal data you provide about yourself, a family member, or any other person. The purpose of data collection is the promotion of the content, services, and products offered by the COMPANY through the website and for statistical purposes.
The recorded information is intended exclusively for use by the operator.

Purpose of processing personal data and legal basis for use

The COMPANY will process your data lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Confidentiality of minors’ data

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their children have provided the COMPANY with personal data, they must inform the COMPANY immediately. •    The right to withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal. However, we may still process your data if there is another legal basis for doing so.

Gheorghe Magheru no. 28-30, Bucharest, Romania.

However, the COMPANY warns its customers that no information transmitted via the Internet can be completely secure and recommends maximum caution when filling in this type of data online.
