Return policy

The right of return applies only to customers who have purchased products online from the website www.retipalm-shop.ro. According to GEO 34/2014, you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of their receipt.

 

Returns must be announced in advance by sending a written notice of your intention to return the products to the email address office@retipalm-shop.ro.

 

For the return process of the ordered products, please consider the following information:

• Returns are not accepted for unsealed products. The products must be in their original packaging, in good condition, as they were delivered;
• Products/packages that include free items (for example, “buy 1 product and get 2”) must be returned in full, as delivered. For samples or promotional products voluntarily offered by us outside the order, there is no obligation to return them;
• All documents that accompanied the products must be included in the package, as well as a written and signed statement from the person who placed and paid for the order, notifying the termination of the distance contract (GEO 34/2014, art. 2, point 7) and requesting a refund of the amount paid, indicating the bank account and bank details where the refund should be made;
• A label with our return address must be affixed to the package.

When the package is ready for return, please email us at office@retipalm-shop.ro to arrange the pickup process with the courier company. A representative of Symbio Technical Cosmetics will contact you to coordinate with the courier for an easier collection of the return package.
If the return procedure is not followed and the customer sends back the parcel without prior notice, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

The consumer is responsible for covering the costs associated with returning the products to the seller. The refund of the product value will be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the return package.
